Parthiban doesn’t want to leave the name and fame he earned out of his splendid portrayal of the lost Chola king in ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’. S he is carefully choosing his films and one of that is ‘Viththagan’. In ‘Viththagan’ he plays the lead role in two different get ups. One with closely cut hair like a police and the other with long unkempt hair like a local goon. He is confident that even this will be as talk worthy as his role in ‘AO’.

Another highlight of ‘Viththagan’ is that Parthiban has written the lyrics for all the songs in ‘Viththagan’. People who have heard the songs could not help approach Parthiban to write for their films as well. But the creative actor wants only to finish ‘Viththagan’ first and then to think of other things including writing.
